I can lift my foot (drop foot 2-3/5) more i'm wedge heels than any other shoes but heat heels r bad. ideas?

Oh dear: If you have foot drop, wedges or heals are a bad idea because you have to strain at the knee to clear your foot. Try classy sports shoes with a rounded fore foot sole to roll smoothly over the weakness. Please don't fall and cause more problems than foot drop. Most people with 2/5 strength get bracing to avoid fatigue and night cramps.

Foot drop : The usual approach with foot drop is called an AFO - or ankle foot orthosis to help lift the front of the foot that is 'dropping'. Seek the assistance of a podiatrist - he will also hook you up with physical therapy for more assistance. Best of luck !
