Yes: They need to see their doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Infection also needs to be ruled out.

Get Checked by Doc: An "over active" bladder means different things to different people. But the fact that she wets herself is concerning enough that i would recommend she see a doctor to make sure nothing bad is going on. There are many possibilities so i would recommend she be checked by her doctor.
