Possible...: Besides being scar-related for post-vasectomy pain, it's real reason is largely unclear. Conceptually, embedded nerve-ending in the scar may be more sensitive to muscle contraction of vas at orgasm. The mild pain/ache may happen to up to 15-20% with severe pain up to 1-2 %.
