CALCIUM + VIT D: The daily calcium requirement is between 1000 - 1200 mg. You can easily find calcium supplements of 400, 500 and 600 mg and taking 2 a day will help you meet your requirements. Calcium carbonate is the best absorbed, but remember to take it along or in combination with vit d 600-1000 iu/day.
