Tongue: Please see your dentist or oral surgeon for a diagnosis. In the alternative you may see your ent. Does not sound serious however it is annoying so please seek treatment.

Get it checked: I can't tell you what this area is, but it you are biting it, that will make it worse and it will not heal. If you leave it alone healing will take place in a few days. A area that has been present for more than 2 weeks needs to be evaluated by a dentist or oral surgeon.
