High calcium: If left untreated, your risk of heart attack and stroke are increased. Your bones will lose calcium and become osteoporotic and have risk of fracture. You may develop kidney stones which could be painful and cause kidney damage. There are also ar least a dozen other symptoms that effect quality of life.
