Can jet peel remove pock marks?

No: Pockmarks or acne scars are very difficult to treat because they represent an injury through both the epidermis and the dermis of the skin. Skin peels only treat the superficial aspect of the epidermis and cannot penetrate through the entire dermis without causing a full thickness burn that would require reconstruction.
