See a doctor: Get this looked at it might need opened up more or a cyst lining removed or it might need antibiotics the greatest healing effect will come from being sure it is completely drained/exposed if you are having concerns about payment tell them in advance, they will either make arrangements or get you to a clinic that can help you.

May be....: An infected cyst (abscess) will eventually rupture, drain, and resolve in time; so, you will not need to go to doctor. But to ease the pain and speed up its maturation to rupture, warm pack may help. Of course, if nay doubt, go to see Doc timely.
