Specializes in LASIK Surgery

See Eye Doctor: This depends on how deep it is. I superficial laceration (cut) to the conjunctiva (the translucent membrane covering the white part of the eye) may only need antibiotic drops to prevent infection while it heals. However a deeper cut may be more serious and may require surgery. See your ophthalmologist (eye md) right away!

See a doctor: If you indeed have a cut of the surface of the eye, you need to be examined and treated.
