Not in: any systematic way. Humans are homeothermic, so we maintain our body temperatures regardless of outside conditions.

Progesterone effect: After ovulation rise in Progesterone increases body temperature about 0.5 degrees c. First AM Temp: Temp before getting up in the morning. Should be done in bed prior to sitting up. This temperature rises about 1/2 degree after ovulation. Not very accurate and very stressful for patients. If cycles are regular, 28 days then you most likely ovulate mid cycle, and if not, you should seek some help.

Early morning temp: The basal body temperature is the temperature your body is at when you first wake up, before you get moving for the day. We use it to check for when your body releases an egg. It can only be measured with a special thermometer which reads temperature at a more accurate scale.
