Your surgeon: You need to see the surgeon who performed the surgery which is typically a general surgeon. If your surgeon is unable to identify the problem, you will need to see a urologist for further evaluation.

Your surgeon: Go back for a follow up visit and discuss with your surgeon he will examine and talk to you what is causing your problem.
