What are the signs and symptoms of leukopenia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Many have low white count that is benign & no symptoms. It may also be due to a recent infection, medication, excessive alcohol intake, or underlying blood disease (even cancer), or else... The differential DX is wide. If white count is very low, risk of infection is increased. If you have fevers, chills, drenching night sweats or recurrent infection, you need to see your doctor for evaluation.
