What is causing the buzzing around my heart?

Friction Rub?: I am not exactly sure what you mean. Inflammation around the heart can sometimes be heard with a stethoscope and sounds like rubbing your hair between two fingers. This is called a rub. This can be a sign of inflammation or pericarditis. Also people who have just had heart surgery may have a rub for a few weeks.
