Bleeding & Pregnancy: The most common cause of irregular uterine bleeding in reproductive age women is pregnancy. So, yes, it is possible that you are pregnant but there are other possible causes as well.

May or may not: If you have reason to be pregnant, one bleeding could be implantation. The only way to know is to have a pregnancy test or the presence of gestational ring in an ultrasound. Usually the pregnancy test is enough for initial confirmation. You can then see your doctor for referrals for further care.
