Possible: It can be normal to get 2 menses in one month if one as at the beginning and the other at the end of the month. Some women have 21 day cycles and therefore could have a menses on june 1st and again on june 22. Alternatively, you could have implantation bleeding (pregnant) or ovulatory bleeding or an anatomical cause such as polyps or fibroids. Best to take a home pregnancy test to check.

Well, you only have: One period per menstrual cycle. You may have break through bleeding. This does not mean you are pregnant. When in doubt, just take a pregnancy test.

Period could vary: you need to know what your average cycle length is. If you are a 28-26 day person, or less, you could have more than 2 periods in a month.
