UTI: A UTI (urinary tract infection) can include frequency, blood in urine, burning, foul odor, lower abdominal pain, or fatigue. I would advise you to go to see a medical provider and have your urine undergo a urinalysis. Std's can cause similar symptoms and can cause cervical motion tenderness during a pelvic examination. Get checked out please!
