Why does friction make my inner thighs burn?

Skin irritation : Friction between your thighs causes inflammation both through constant irritation of the outer layers of the skin and continued micro-damage to the outer-layers of the skin. This along with warmth, sloughing off of epidermis, and change in superficial normal flora, all lead to skin irritation in the area. I hope this answer helps!
