? Raynauds: If this happens only while you are swimming two things come to mind. Raynauds syndrome occurs when arteries to your hands spasm and contract often due to cold exposure. Thoracic outlet syndrome can cause temporary blockage of veins or arteries in the neck area with certain arm positions. If this keeps up or occurs at other times, get it checked out.
