Maybe: Allergies are common "triggers" for asthma. First, get tested to rule out or confirm asthma. Whether it is asthma or not, you can start eliminating those things in your bedroom that may be causing allergies. If you have a pet (dog or cat), don;t let them in your bedroom, they may be cuasing your brethlessness. Carpeting and stuffed animals can also be a great source of allergens.
