Throat swollen: Based on what you have provided, it's impossible to tell. The throat is quite complex and there are glands, muscles, lymph nodes that all could be affected. There are even very large blood vessels and some nerves that could be contributing to what you are describing. Because of the concern for breathing and swallowing when it comes to problems with the throat, you should have an evaluation soon.
