3 days ago, i began noticing 2 horizontal swollen areas high in my throat, about where the jawline bends and between the jawbones. 3rd day-beginning to feel touchy on left side. what all could this be? for reference, i have ra and am on orencia?

You likely have an infection which i recommend you use a strong mouthwash such as saltwater or commercial mouth washes. Left untreated you may be in need of a prescription to get the condition under control.
