Yes: Exercise can improve blood pressure if done regularly. But if you have high blood pressure you need it treated first as when you exercise your pressures will rise dramatcally.Treat blood preesure first then exercise and then determine with your physi ian what is the best for you as you improve. While exercise at wt loss are beneficial they do not replcace medications in the acute setting.
