Yes: Evening primrose oil is one of the best sources of gamma linoleic acid (gla), an essential omega 6 fatty acid, while fish oil provides essential omega 3 fatty acids including epa and dha. Thus, taking both will provide you with both essential omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.
