No: Unless the fever is causing a severe stress on your body, it's unlikely that it will affect your menstruation. To keep your cycles regular though, you can always consider getting onto birth control.

Depends: Fever, per se, does not affect menstruation. However, the cause of fever may. It depends upon the reason for fever.
