Yes: Contrary to what many people believe, there is no need for bed rest after embryo transfer. Walking is perfectly fine after the embryo transfer procedure, even if you are spotting/cramping. Though your symptoms don't sound good, it's still possible you are pregnant. Good luck!

I had a frozen embryo transfer (2embryos) on 15-10-2019. On 18-10 I started spotting. On 19-10 I started having severe cramps and more and thicker blood. I am also very nauseous. My doctor is not available till Monday. My blood test only on 25-10.
