Spotting: pregnant ?: Light spotting nine days after embryo transfer with positive pregnancy tests may simply be due to delayed visualization of implantation bleeding, which is common. Obtain a serum quantitative HCG level from your clinic and this level will provide appropriate answers.

Review with your doc: This is something that you should let your fertility doctor know about. While it may just be implantation bleeding it could be suggestive of something more concerning going on. Your respective fertility center would want to know.
