As long as: As long as your composite restoration is completely cured and finshed/ polished, bite and floss checked, you can go ahead and eat after our appointment. It's not like a silver filling where you have to wait a day for it to harden.

Right Away: Composite fillings are typically light cured, so there is no "setting" that needs to be done after they have been finished. So, be careful if you are numb, but otherwise you can eat as soon as you like.
