Possibly: Li sx, et al august 2013 - just published a paper on "depression and alteration" in both the "hpa" axis and the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis - see http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/23913817 however - thyroid issues are probably the least of your worries if there is methamphetamine involved. I would get off of it or get help.
