No: Although an increase in white vaginal discharge usually occurs with pregnancy it is by no means diagnostic of pregnancy. A + home pregnancy test is diagnostic of pregnancy.

Leukorrhea: It could be normal physiologic process such as due to increase estrogen, or inflammation of vaginal mucosa or cervix. Not a sure sign of pregnancy.
