Depends: If it gets hit and is not protected it could be knocked out.... If playing football is worth the possibility of loosing a tooth...Then... That would have to be your call... Replacing teeth can be expensive... And time consuming..

Sports guard: Whether or not you have any loose teeth, you and all the other players should wear a mouth\sports guard. Whether or not you play football, you should see a dentist to find out why your tooth is loose. That's not normal and indicates some problem. Good luck at the dentist and the games.
