Prune Juice: Can work to keep some regular, but rarely provides relief for no bm's in > 2 days. It also has quite a lot of sugar and carbs, so will not be the best answer for diabetics or those trying to lose weight. Weight is rarely related to regularity. Weight is more influenced by what you put in your mouth than what and how much comes out the other end.
