My urine smells stronger, what does that mean?

Many possibilities: Urine smelling stronger could be the product of food or drink (asparagus for example lead to increased urine odor), hydration, or urine infection. If this persists you will need to see your doctor to have a urinalysis and urine culture and examination.

May be nothing: It may be nothing, and just a consequence of excreting a metabolite of something you ate the night before. Concentrated urine sometimes will have peculiar smells. Lastly, it could be a sign of a chronic infection, but this is somewhat hard to say without actually knowing what it smells like. See your doctor for a urinalysis if you are concerned.

Doctor can evaluate: Haven't heard of a disease that makes urine smell like plastic, but a primary care doctor can evaluate and get all the patient's details. Referral to a urologist or a nephrologist can be done if needed.

How does blood smell: Not sure how blood smells. You could have your doctor do a urinalysis and see if there is microscopic (blood you can't see) in it.

It's okay to smell "offensive" as long as being comfortable in voiding and normal in complete urinalysis with properly collected urine specimen. More? Seek pro-evaluation and counseling timely.
