A member asked:

What does it mean if you get your period 2 weeks in a row?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Abnormal Bleeding.: Bleeding for 14 consecutive days is not normal. It may be related to hormones, medications, cysts, fibroids or polyps. You need to visit with your gynecologist. At minimum get a pelvic us to determine if there is an anatomical reason for the bleeding. Often women will have an occasional abnormal cycle. If no recurrence, don't worry.
