Ebb and flow!: Psoriasis can come and go, or remain static. Since i look for psoriasis, 1/2 of my psoriatic patients do not know they have psoriasis before my exam! do they then have psoriasis? It previously was invisible to them! of course they do, but most have mild disease. Mild disease can become severe plaque psoriasis or psoriasis vulgaris. The new drugs can remit most patients with severe disease!
