What is the difference between plantar faciatis and gout?

Night and day: Gout does not involve the heel bone. It is a severe inflammatory arthritis which often effects the joint at the base of the great toe. Plantar fasciitis is related to a tear.

Gout: Is caused by high uric acid, plantar fascitis is not and pain tis to heel.
