No: You cannot get a UTI from a toilet seat. If you have symptoms of a uti, then you should be seen and treated. You cannot pick up an infection (including std's) from toilet seats.

This morning when I went to the bathroom I was in excruciating pain. First I thought I might have a UTI, which I get frequently, at least twice a year. The second time I peed today, it looked like there was a fine sand resting at the bottom of the toilet.
