Descriptive term: This is a general descriptive term I have seen applied to a fetal ultrasound or autopsy reports.It means there are no obvious defects that stand out on the basic lookover.Some fetal anomalies like a missing kidney or heart defect are found only with a more detailed study so this statement leaves room a problem to be found by additional study.
