See adoctor: Insect bites between the toes can be very uncomfortable. When they blister, you should see a doctor, so he can properly drain the blister and prescibe the appropriate antibiotics and follow up care instructions.

Often: They will burst on their own but agree with dr tepper that should see a doc that will lower chane of infection.

Just be careful...: If it were me, i'd pop it. Just make sure to keep the area clean so an infection does not set in. I would use triple antibiotic cream and a band-aid cover until it stopped draining.
