Don't look like you: Very often we don't see ourselves clearly as others do. We may see ourselves as thinner, younger or more beautiful. Pictures reveal the way we are and it can hurt.

Bad photos...: Depress anyone... Just remember that you are multidimensional being and photos are 2 dimensional. They can never capture all of you! maybe one day (as we continue to evolve) we'll be able to laugh at bad photos of us! ;) but at this point in our evolution, who are we kidding... It hurts... Even though we know better...
