DrugDrug interaction: Always tell your prescribing physician & dispensing pharmacist everything you're taking. Clarify how new drug impacts your current regimen. So http://www.Drugs.Com/interactions-check.Php?Drug_list=187-0, 1096-630 shows no interaction between these two drugs. However, you can't prevent yeast infection from antibiotic by taking diflucan (fluconazole). You need to wait until after finished antibiotic first to see.
