Can't say: Baby tooth or permanent tooth? How bad is it broken down? Alive or "dead"? Can't possibly answer your question without seeing the tooth and having the answers to these questions. Call a local dentist for an appointment.

Can or should or ?: Without actually seeing your daughter and an x-ray of the tooth, no one can tell you whether or not the tooth can be saved, should be saved or how best to treat it if salvageable. Please have her seen by a local dentist as soon as possible.
