What is the difference between bad leg edema and elephantiasis?

Similar: Bad leg swelling is otherwise called elephantiasis. People may have swelling of legs due to fluid overload, in diseases like heart failure, kidney failure, low Albumin etc in tropical countries, people can get elephantiasis due to filariasis.
