Different things: It could be the bite, or the root canal not working, or the tooth is cracked. You are going to need some help with this one. Suggest endodontist.

Endodontist: Not all teeth can or should be saved. You don't mention what if any symptoms you're having. Mild discomfort is annoying but not usually serious. However, if the tooth is fractured it is probably not restorable and should be extracted. You could have it replaced with a dental implant. Your best bet is to see a fully trained endodontist, a specialist in root canals, to see if the tooth can be saved.

See a dentist: See your dentist. They maybe able take an x-ray and tell you if your infection is gone or not. They maybe also refer you to an endodontist for a second opinion.
