Rule out concussion: Please have this evaluated. Pain, dizziness & lightheadedness after a head injury is worrisome. You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Possible symptoms include: headache/ pressure of head, inability to recall what happened, dizziness, decreased coordination, ringing in the ears, confusion, slurred speech, nausea or vomiting & extreme fatigue.

I mistakenly hit myself on forehead a few times open handed. A day later, after working outside all day at my job, I started feeling dizzy/lightheaded hours later. There was a headache but that went away. Just head pressure and lightheadedness now.
