Open heart surgery--success rate if ebstein's?

Depends: Ebstein's anomaly may require surgery, but as with most procedures, varies with the surgeon and institution. It is almost totally a function of volume of cases done. So look for teams with published experience since a quoted rate may not apply to the institution you're looking at for help. It's the "your mileage may vary" disclaimer.
