JRA: Response to joint injections varies in different patients. It can be few days to several months . In some there can be no response and on occasion a patient may require a second injection based on the severity of inflammation . At your age 3 to 4 months interval repetition is safe based on the need for such injection . Frequent injections at lesser intervals should be avoided.
