Humidity: Humidifiers can be helpful for allergic rhinitis....The nasal issues. Humidity can also worsen symptoms of asthma. If you have worsening of your asthma symptoms when you shower in the hot and humid conditions then the humidifier might not be the best idea.

Steamers: They provide with temporary relief but for a more permanent solution i would bet an allergist can help you more. Look for one in your local area at acaai.Org or aaaai.Org.
