I have a flat mole on my arm that seemed to have bled recently. it has a scab and it seems dry and flaky now. is it possible that the skin is just incredibly dry, or should i be worried?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. If it is a mole, it would be prudent to have it removed and the tissue examined by a pathologist.
