Not known: Ovacare appears to be a vitamin marketed for pcos that is not used in the us. There is no way to determine whether this is effective. The mainstays for first line treatment are lifestyle modification, Clomiphene and/or metformin. You should exercise, watch your carbs and discuss these options with your doctor.
