Regulating cycle: Sometimes, birth control pills are used in PCOS patients who want to become pregnant to regulate their cycles and let the ovaries rest for 3-6 months. If that is your situation, you may get pregnant possibly right after the pills are stopped. If this doesn't work, other treatments may be needed.
